Working on the exterior of your foundation wall may be the solution to some water intrusion problems. This requires excavating around the foundation wall all the way to the foundation footer, which can be as deep as 11 feet on some homes. As you can image, this is very intrusive work and may mean the need to remove hardscape items such as patios and decks, or temporarily move flower beds to access the problem area. I can hear you worrying already, but rest assured, with our “you will never know we were there” approach, our team will document your landscape before taking great care to remove or relocate items temporarily. Once your waterproofing project is complete, everything will be returned to its original condition, the work area cleaned and left exactly as we found it.
